The Health Council administers a quality management program to assure that local HIV/AIDS service recipients receive timely and appropriate care that supports program clients, manages disease and improves clinical outcomes. Health Council staff uses a Quality Management Technical Advisory Workgroup to review progress made toward relevant clinical measures. The QM program focuses on linkages, efficiencies, and provider/client expectations to assess and assure continuous quality improvement across the HIV/AIDS provider network.
